Getting here:

The easiest way to get here is to take public transportation known as a "colectivo" from the center of the city of Palenque. Colectivos are white minibuses. Take the one with the sign that says, "ruinas" and tell the driver that you wish to get off at "Mayabell." Drivers are generally friendly and will know where to let you off:
